I slice the loin in about 1/2” - 3/4” pieces and run through tenderizer. Then dip, batter and fry.
Only way my wife will eat wild hog now.

My Cabelas tenderizer is quite aggressive. If I dont cut at least 1/2 or greater it shreds it....

Do you have the correct combs in it? I have a Hobart 403 with a bunch of different Combs I can install for how I want the meat to be tenderized.
Also try tenderizing a ribeye steak and chicken fry it.

same but if I have thin sliced like 1/2" it shreds the crap out of it, looks like bird netting when Im done...LOL I just make thicker cuts and seems to work fine. I looked at Cabelas and they have replacement blades but nothing different in depths etc...

Been Pure chaos at work, trying to keep a "I have done it all and I am expert, because I read it in a book" type of guy from getting himself or anyone else hurt or worse. came home from my off hitch at just unplugged from everything while the stress of the work week melted away.

plus been playing around with the new vinyl cutter. it is a small one that wife wanted but it works for a few things I want too. going to try printing some stencils for PCB boards with later.
