Tail-lights ..where do I...

Where do I find some different tail-lights for my Tacoma ? I’ve done some research and a lot of fingers point to TacomaBeast ? But from what I see; these are just rebranded lights.

anyone have a better option ?

 

Everything is rebranded from the same factory in China. TacomaBeast stuff is junk, most look into OEM options like the Pro headlights and taillights, since they’re much better quality and just different enough.

I don’t know if this applies to third gen, but an idea nonetheless.

 

Get the Meso tail light kit, you use your tails but it makes them much better

This. One of the best mods I have done. Looks good with OR or Pro tail lamps. Skip the Chyna LED crap tail lamps as just lead to moisture problems.

 

Just installed the Stage 1 kit these weekend in my upgraded 2020 TRD PRO Taillights (I have a 17 Sport) and the setup is really nice

Thanks guys! I put a lot of R&D into the total tail kit. It gives you the performance of a full LED kit, but you keep the quality and reliability of OEM Toyota tail lights. (No cheap China plastics, moisture, etc)
Best of both worlds IMO

 

Awesome. I have your Smoked Mirror Side-Markers and love them, you make quality products that are worth the price. Personally, Id love a Smoked 3rd Brake Light.

 

I can attest to MESO's products as well. I have the total tail kit (stage 1), ultimate turn signals, color match trim plates, KC5, and the ever useful gasshole. All products have been great and the customer service is top notch, especially for a small/independent shop.

The total tail kit is among my favorite, simple mods to date from the standpoints of better functionality and safety - highly recommend.

I’ll check out the stage 1 kit. Then I can always black out my own taillights.
