I saved on shipping by picking up at BAMF plus I skipped the powder coating on the skids so I think I have enough $$ to get a winch for a stocking stuffer, uh, for the wife.

Any recommended trails a noob like me with a stock taco can handle?

Also, any budget mods/deals you can point me to?
So far I've got floor mats and I threw on some hose clamps for the tailgate.

Curious, does anyone have a recommendation for a good upholstery shop in the Sac area that can handle seat mods?

The insurance company decided to total out my stolen 2nd gen and the seats in the new 3rd gen could use a little "massaging."

Man I’ve been searching for a while also, no luck. I have a 1996 60/40 bench seat that need to be redone. Been searching the yards and when I do find some for sale it’s either ripped and torn just like mine.

 

A buddy of mine has used Bob's Custom Upholstery on Atlantic in Roseville. They do go work only complaint he had was they were a little disorganized.

Any Toyota specific mechanics in the 209 area that any of you might recommend? Im looking to buy a 1988 Toyota pickup as a gift for my dad. But I’d like to have it in pristine “mechanical” condition before actually gifting it to him.
