Yet Another Leveling Issue

As expected, my suspension has settled after installation and ~15,000 miles. Until recently however, I hadn’t noticed the extent of the Tacoma Lean that I have earned. The truck rides and handles great, but it looks like I’m fully cocked rolling down the road with a full tank.

It’s a 2011 AC with Fox 2.5” adjustable coilovers, Fox 2.0 shocks in the rear, and Icon’s RXT leaf pack built to it’s medium setting.

Before I filled up the tank this morning, I was sure to take measurements before and after in preparation for this post. The measurements are vertical from the bottom of the fender to the top of the rim:

    Empty:
    Front driver: 12”
    Front passenger: 12.75”
    Rear driver: 14.75”
    Rear passenger: 15.25”

    Full:
    Front driver: 12”
    Front passenger: 12.5”
    Rear driver: 14.5”
    Rear passenger: 15.25”

I understand that I could put a turn or two on the front coilover, but that doesn’t seem like the best solution to the problem (at least to me, someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.) Whereas the addition of a simple axle block on the rear might rectify the issue (again, I don’t know.) What would be the best option to correct the lean in my particular set up? Would the addition of a .5” riser on the driver front coilover yield an appropriate correction?
