This summer I saw a breaking report that there were sharks in the ocean. Really blew my mind

I was listening to the radio while I was out doing some work before the ground thawed this morning, said it was going to be a record car and air travel year. So, while it is no surprise it's busy, apparently it really will be worse this year.

In-Laws side is coming over early and my Brother who we are visiting in the afternoon is less than 4 miles away. Not worried one bit.

Some of you guys are in for a nightmare tho I'm sure. Tons of snow in some areas of the country, might have started the flight delays already, not sure though.

Yeah, the furthest anyone is coming from for my turkey day is an hour's travel. And if we lose power I'll just cook everything in/on the woodstove instead. :notsure:

Yes except the issue with that was they said there are 55 million people traveling and there could be as many as 3% more than last year which is another 1.65 million people...basically statistically insignificant based upon the error range of the survey that they used. But they're still going to talk about how it's the most ever...like a super moon it's just barely bigger but still technically bigger so they go crazy.
1.65mil/50 states is 33,000. That divided by four for a family of four in a car is 8250. There may be as many as 8250 more cars on the road in Massachusetts over the Thanksgiving vacation. That's how silly the story is

Except, that is 8250 more morons that cant drive, than normal on our already cramped roadways.
Took me 3 hours to get home tonight.
Tempted to bang out tomorrow, just so I don't have to deal with it.
