Seats are pretty uncomfortable considering what you pay for a Tacoma.

I am 5’ 11” and around 190 pounds and just completed a 5-hour trip in my Pro and experienced zero discomfort. I have no complaints regarding the seating position or comfort of the seats.

Curious, are the bucket seats different in a Pro vs the SR/Sport/OR models?

The height is not everything. I am 6'2", but I have short arms for my height. (I know that from boxing, I have shorter reach than everybody my height, and some people shorter than me).

This means that if I push the seat back to have my legs in a more comfortable position, I can't reach the steering too well anymore.

Also, when making a turn, I can't have my hands at 8 and 4 o'clock. The steering wheel is too close to my thighs. It's pretty much on my lap. (That's also because I have front seat risers. They help a lot with seating comfort, but they bring the top of my thighs very close to the steering)

If I had longer arms, I could push the seat back a little more and the steering would not sit on my lap anymore (and I could still reach it).

Having said all that... I got used to it. It was annoying in the beginning, and now I really don't notice it anymore.
