    One of those (I mistakenly hit the gas pedal instead of the brake). I've actually seen someone hit a house cuz old man mistook the gas pedal for the brake.

    nope. Well, I’m not buying that excuse. I was there for 1/2 an hour. Then got a coffee next door. Chatted with a friend for probably 15 minutes. Never saw a soul go near that van. Delivery people are not that inefficient.
