Man. Haven’t heard that term in a long ass time.

Instead I’m listening to the fire radio cause there is a 2 alarm fire right down the street from my house.

 

Guess I didn’t die in the tornado last night.

 

Boy howdy. One of the apartments/duplexes across from me had a bunch of siding they’d replaced recently blown off.

Y’all be careful out there today...that wind is no joke. Glad my drive back to the parents will be mostly tailwind here in a few hours, because the drive up to work was rough.

We had a two alarm fire by the house last night. Not sure if it elevated after we went to bed at 11 pm. They did say the entire structure was compromised though. Started right after we got power surges, scary shit.

 

High speed pursuits and now a house burns down. I think it’s time to find a new neighborhood

 

I need to find a new one as well. My neighbor's garage got set on fire last night. Couple of more minutes and my truck and car would've burnt to crisps

 

Rental houses in Iowa are where it’s at. I’m saving a boatload over having my house

My reasonable house (3 bed, 2 bath, 1200 sq feet) was like $1200 a month between the loan, taxes and insurance.

I’m <$500 now

 

But then again, it's Iowa....

When I had my house, I was about 6 miles from there. I went through there nearly every weekend.
