Taco Lean...how much is too much?

I've had my lift on for 7 years (3" OME w/ driver side trim packer). The lean was minimal when I first installed the lift. I had my truck at the shop yesterday for an alignment and the tech pointed out that my truck was not level, so we measured center of hub to fender and my driver side is currently sitting an inch lower than the passenger side.

I understand that things settle out over time but I've read thru several other threads that didn't mention this much of a difference. The truck drives fine and I'm not noticing any issues that would indicate a bad shock or worn out coil spring but I could be wrong - hoping this isn't the case.

Can I visually inspect my body mount bushings and determine if they need replacing?

    Other thoughts?

Lift rear by exact center of diff until tires are both up, is it still off? if no then rear leafs might be issue.

If yes then fronts are issue.
