Fox suspensions.....avoid

If 1000 people have an opinion and mine differs that still doesnt make me wrong.

 

At this point I feel like I am defending my opinion from people that just want to say I am a bad roomate

 

Not saying it makes you wrong, but perhaps if 1000 people have the same opposing opinion from yours, its time for some introspection.

 

its an opinion. not a fact. doesnt matter how many opposing ones their are. I can still feel like its unfair

 

Opinions based on your feelings hold weight with you, and people that happen to feel the same way. Opinions based on facts hold weight regardless of yours or others feelings on the matter.

 

As I mentioned previously , rebuildable shocks are very easy to work on. Why not pull the shock and replace the seal yourself !!!!

 

My understanding is [as I asked my shop if they could fix it] if you do that you void the [crappy] warranty


ALSO: I'm pretty sure the hose for the res is leaking. not the shock itself

 

I don’t think the OP is being unreasonable. I don’t see why Fox couldn’t do exactly what he described with paying for a new one to be sent out and inspecting the bad one when it arrives.
Seems like a low risk way of keeping happy customers.

At this point die to the delay in repair a simple warrantied fix might have turned into a burned up shock that will no longer be covered. Hopefully you haven't spent too much time taking offense to Fox's policy.
