JL Audio XD700/5 v2 Amp - SOLD!

Have a used JL Audio Amp. Model is XD700/5. It is a 5 channel amp with 75 on 4 channels and 300 on the bass channel. Perfect for 5 speaker setup, or active front with bass.

For those of you who want to run active or 3 way speakers. You can put the tweeters on the front channels with high pass. Put the mids on the middle channels with band pass (high and low pass). Then put your sub on the 5th channel with low pass. Great amp. $sold Shipped.

 

Curses, too late. Great amp and great recommendations. This totally saved me a bunch of space from mounting two amps.

 

Will this amp work for my Tacoma speaker setup being that’s a 5 channel?

2 Focal Tweeters with built in bass blockers
2 Focal 6X9 75w rms
2 Focal 6 1/2 2-way 60w rms
1 JL Audio 10 inch sub dual 4Ohm coils 400w rms

 

Run a 2-way passive crossover for the tweets and 6.5" mid up front.

Then you'll have the need for a 5ch amp like this one. And this JL amp will kick ass for you.

You can run a passive crossover for the front and be fine with this amp. This is just me, but I would run an active front with sub and forget the rear or run them off head unit power.
