I’m running the BP-51 kit and went with the OME HD leafs and running with about 630lbs added weight. Ordered my kit through Headstrong Offroad, had it installed about 3 months.

No squeaks here, so far, from either the leafs, shocks or bushings. I went from the factory 1” lifted 2017 SR5 4x4 to the full BP-51 setup. What a difference, terrific handling off road, no comparison to the stock suspension. On road it is a bit stiffer than my stock SR5 was.

Getting some rubbing with the 285 KO2’s since adding a bumper and winch. I’m having the pre load adjusted from 5mm to 12mm this Monday, see how that works out.

I have the BP-51 on my '16 4Runner and Kings with the Dakar Medium Duty leafs on my '20 Tacoma. The BP-51 is a great lift but they certainly don't ride as nice as the Kings do. I've had the BP-51s on since ~July-August and I do have some noises from the front shocks and noticed the other day the rear shocks may have a slight leak at the fitting. I have probably 500-1000 miles on them is all. Both are very common problems I've found on the BP-51s. Doing it over again I would do the Kings over the BP-51.

I will add the BP-51 are a great setup and the ride is very nice. If you went with the BP-51, I highly doubt you would be disappointed, I'm certainly not. I would just do it differently now that I've tried something else that I like a bit more.

I can not vouch for OMEs leafs. They have been chewing away at my shackles since the beginning. Simply just backing out of my driveway would cause harsh noises from the rear. While off-roading it was horrible. My shackle hangers where not bent because it would make contact on both sides of the shackle, both passenger and driver side. The remedy to this was to replace the damaged shackles and cut a portion of the leaf off with a cutting wheel and angle grinder. I’ll run these Dakar’s this winter and replace with Deavers or Dobinson in the spring.
