Just wondering if this PrinSu version is a cheap imitation... ive seen review videos on the Prisu on you tube and its pretty impressive how much weight it can hold and the attachments for tie downs.. anybody have the PrinSu design version? What do yo think?

I do have a Prinsu rack. It’s very well-made and looks nice, too. It can handle a good amount of weight, more than I’d care to have up there on the regular.

You need to show us what you're talking about, as far as we know Prinsu and Prinsu Design are the same company.

What links are you looking at though? Where are you finding the cheaper possible *knock off* ones? I know Truck Brigade has them listed as PrinSu Design (Which are real Prinsu's)

Prinsu Design Studio is the name of the company, under the CBI umbrella. People refer to them as Prinsu racks or just Prinsu. Semantics: it’s like calling The Coca-Cola Company, “Coke”.
You say you found one for a “couple hundred bucks cheaper”. Let’s see the links. You may have stumbled on a Black Friday deal that others might want to know about. Or a knock-off version that people might want to know about.

Either way, we can’t help if you don’t provide the source information for what you’re asking.
