Those that commented seem to be on point with what you have. Just remember, everyone will have their own opinion about your set up or what you should be running.... in the end you are the one who drives it. My advice is to drive it, see how you like it and if need be, modify to match your needs.... and if you decide to change it, all those components can be sold to fund any changes you may want to make....Congrats on your new Taco...

Thank you again for everybody who replied here, I have been revisiting post from time to time to refresh my memory on your observations.

So far I have swapped out rear OE leaf pack + 2" block with OME leaf spring pack. Now I can load our bikes in the truck and have working suspension, rather than hitting bump stops on every little bump in the road.

Next up (at some point next year probably) is rebuild of front end with OME coils and no spacer.

As the upper balljoin on SPC UCA was approaching end-of-life, instead of just replacing it, I decided to replace front springs with ome and new shocks, new tie rods and of course new ball-joints. Thus removing spacer along the way.

It was all great in theory, in reality I just did alignment and it rubs like crazy. :censored::censored::censored:

Personally, I would have stayed with the spacer and called it a day. Good move on the rear springs though.
For those of us that don't hammer the crap out of our buggies, the space will be fine.
From what I've read here, using 5100s on front, and setting the lower spring perch up to compress the spring to gain lift, results in a somewhat stiffer ride. I'll pass.
Hopefully, you get the rubbing sorted out.

In reality most of my rubbing issues were caused by Husky mud flaps - they are great and sturdy, but since vehicle was lowered (spacer removed) it has less clearance, something like this in tightest spot:

As I like those mud flaps I decided to keep them but cut them and it turned out better than I expected, and no rubbing issues!!!

And Yes, previous owner had already done some trimming as far as I can tell.
