I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Getting it without the light bar cut out will add months to the lead time and no discounts when changes like that are made. Any cnc programming change and you pay full price or more depending on the change. Just about any 10k non integrated solenoid winch will fit.
    Aluminum is not an option.

Understood. Any idea what shipping would be to 02816. In another post you had said around $500 if I ordered both front and rear bumpers. Can I assume around $250 if I were to order just the front? Also, if I specified no "BAMF" lettering, that wouldn't add months to the lead time right? Thanks for your help with this. Just trying to assess the damage to the wallet before pulling the trigger.

They are. But it’s nothing an angle grinder couldn’t take care of easily

I initially had mine really close to the fender but went to 3/4" gap after hearing rattles over our crappy Sonoma County roads

If I add a winch later, can I install the bumper first and still have room with grille removed to get a winch in or will I need to pull bumper off and first install the winch into bumper?

I think it would be best to remove the bumper to instal the winch.

Thanks for reply, was hoping I wouldn’t need to lift weight of both at same time.

Yeah you would have to cut out the grille supports before you installed the bumper to drop a winch from the top side.

Waiting for my front bumper to arrive and I've been shopping around for winches. Looking at the HF Badlands 12,000 lb. I know I would need to relocate the solenoid control box. Has anyone installed this winch in the BAMF bumper? Any fitment issues? Thanks.

A little hybrid action. All the cool kids are doing it I think it came out pretty sick!

Nice, any chance you are planning one for the 2005-2011 front end?
