You can mount Whelen lin3 lin4 and linz6 in the small area below the turn signals, for the back side you can do brackets off of the bed rails to light to the side and the rear. I have also used Dominator bars and Lin4 under the tailgate. They are hidden but are visible when illuminated. If you dont mind going in on the mirrors, you can add an intersection light below the mirror housings.

Another good way to mount a controller without taking up console space is the Expedition Essentials accessory mount. It works pretty easily if your controller is small enough and accepts a ram mount, other methods may require modification to a mount to make it work like I had to. I had to widen the holes on the mount that attached to the accessory mount though and haven't repainted it yet.

I'm going to try out a LED outfitters chameleon. Single row. Doesn't fill the entire chin vent.

Make some brackets with 3/16" or 1/4" ABS.

For the front I would suggest behind the grill mounting. As for the back I have found that the CB antenna mounts from Cali Rasied make great mounts for TIR4/LINZ6 lightheads on the back.

I do installs for a small construction company. They recently got some 3rd gen Tacomas and wanted a ton of lights for some sites while keeping drilling/ permanent holes to a minimum. They just needed some simple strobes and a lot of offroad spotlights. Chose to put two hideaways in the front headlights, two hideaways in the rear taillights, a Feniex lightbar, either a Fed Sig SS2000 switchbox or Feniex switchbox, and a ton of lightbars.

    https://youtu.be/KbJFfcH-9l8

In your case If you dont want a top lightbar, Id recommend some visor lights (They attach to the visor brackets and run across the whole windshield). Those are also non-permanent and you can remove them without any holes if you ever sell the truck. Everything else will likely require some drilling/ bolting. Like this
    Visor Installation.jpg

Get a Whelen headlight wigwag flasher to flash the highbeams and consider installing some Hideaways in the turn signal areas as in my video above. You may be able to install some grille lights behind the grill using some custom bent brackets (a vice an some flatbar from home depot can get it done) but visibility might be hindered due to the grille design. And as someone above showed, the smaller grille on the bottom bumper is a good spot too. They make little U-brackets that attach to the underside of the hood right by the windshield area. You can mount surface strobes to them and are super low profile. Forget who makes them.

Also you may be able to fit some Whelen Micron surface mounts on this fascia area on the bumper although not certain on the exact size.
    VT3FB-0_3_2.jpg

For the rear bedsides, You can install some flatbar brackets to attach to the bed rail and mount some surface LED strobes similar to the ones I've made here. They mount to some T bolts that you slide into the rail.
    20210129_182214.jpg 20210130_013533.jpg
For rear-facing, consider a watertight traffic advisor mounted to the rear bed right between the rear cab and start of the bed. Also a set of hideaways in the taillights should suffice.
Heres a VERY cheapo set of Speedtech hideaways and you can see the pattern/light output suck. And as you can see, they already backed up into a pole a week later and cracked the housing.
    https://youtu.be/dNLKwH4HHaU

The biggest advice I can give you is whatever you do, go with a name brand. Think Whelen, Federal Signal, Feniex, Code3, Soundoff. Don't use Speedtech unless you really need to save money. They make decent visor lights but consider the Feniex visor light instead. You have much much better patterns/functions and they are very bright. I recommend nothing but Whelen for surface strobes and hideaways.

If you need to mount a PA speaker, the middle support behind the grille is a good spot for it provided you get a flat 100w speaker. Ignore the bent bracket. Some idiot already ran into something and bent the center support Screenshot_20210625-132727_Gallery.jpg

The control box was mounted inside the center console with the switchbox mounted on some brackets that attached to the underside of the console lid. I used a fuseblock along with the chargeguard CG12 to control timer functions after you turn the truck off so it doesnt drain your battery.
