Not sure what was going on with your Great Call cell phone on Saturday James. I made 17 other calls and took another 8 or 9 and no problems with any of them. Don't worry though, either you can get a Baofeng UV-54 ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078XFJQ9Q ) or I will just have to get a CB. :D

Noooo, they are finished doing construction in front of the Starbucks at the mall? :D :fistbump:

Naaa, David & Melina [the future Mrs. Fatfurious2], Jim, Andrew, Bobby and I ( @fatfurious2 @pdenajim @RedDeadTaco @Bobby18 @RobP62 ) all rode up to the Annual Cheesesteak Meet in Philly.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/cheesesteak-meet.633035/page-19#post-22143964

Personally, I like meets if nothing else is going on. The weather was great (for me), a lot of cool peeps were there. Some future TacoWorlder's too. Some pooches. Now, it was bad with the holiday traffic but still worth it to me. I have been waiting so long to meet David. All in all though it's so freakin' awesome to put faces to names finally. There were at least 30 people there from the forum.

A lot of TacomaWorld Expressing went on too. David @fatfurious2 brought me the bed extender from @LocoLocal and took back the motorcycle chaps and vest I traded for them. I threw in a shirt and pullover for David (also H-D) but I fear they might be a tad too big for him. It was hard to tell because judging by how unpuffy the puffy coat he had on and his pants down to to half his ass I'd say he's a medium at best. I tried to buy him a belt at the Walmart we stopped at but he said he had one on. I tried to check but didn't want to appear too creepy. I think I heard him say something to Melina :gossip: in the form of fucking crazy old man, or something. Just kidding. David was a proper gentleman the entire time. David also took back some LCAs so he can finally go off roading.

@pdenajim Jim had a bumper and a awning for Eric @diabetiktaco and he forgot he agreed to take them with him so I enjoyed that. Jim, Eric and I all played the old man card and made David climb up in there to help heft that bumper in. I don't even know where the awning went. I took wheels up for Eric so they were in there too. Eric traded me traded an ARB awning for the wheels and we both agree it was an excellent trade.

I also took a Pace Edwards tonneau from Travis @Tarvis who lives near me that he traded for a OEM folding tonneau. So I had the bed extender, the tonneau and a awning in the bed going home.

Oh, David took the mirrors for Danny @fdb03taco home with him and Brett @Ditch Digga is going to pick them up for Danny after X-mas and meet up with him.

All in all it was a great day for me. I got to be with friends and laugh. Any time I can do that I count my blessings.

There's a place up near us Steve called The Delta Family Restaurant. They have a buffet every year. We've been a handfull of times. We like it. Roll in a little later in the day after the rush, take your time, a couple times, and leave the mess there. It's a great deal. I think the last time we went it was only $25 a person, and one of the two turkeys they serve is deep fried Cajun. On top of ham, london broil, seafood and all the fixens, and deserts. Even a guy making waffles for the ice cream bar.

We sit in the lounge area and I get to watch football. It's perfect. Good choice Brother!
