    wut? a couple of days at teens and lower for temps and anything above freezing feels great. RIght @MQQSE ?

    that doesn't sound bad - other than i know all the snow you guys got has to melt and now there will be mudslides and floods around CA.

    Yes you're right especially in the San Bernardino mtns (Big Bear) . All the lakes up there are reservoirs and their runoff feeds into the Mojave river basin

    This is a big concern for the Mojave river dam as the Army Corps of engineers are saying this dam may fail . I live close to the Mojave river so this is a concern

    Ice storm came over the big hill yesterday afternoon. Had family coming for Sunday dinner @ cabin. Supper in oven and cooking, power goes out. I was able to get a text out in the one and only spot in back yard of cabin that has service sometimes to my Amanda to post on FB. So just Dad and I and no power. I said to Dad we have leftover chili, he says let's put on wood stove. Country boys can survive!
