Clicking Coming from Dash Defroster

    When traveling at about 45+ MPH - a loud clicking noise comes from the drivers side dash - sounds like its a faulty fan but cant find anything about a fan located in that spot. It only occurs when driving at that speed or faster. The sound does not increase if i turn on/off the defroster fan. PLEASE HELP!

    Wow, I literally just got on the write a post about the very same problem I have! I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere. It seems like mine is coming from the steering column but it’s hard to pin point it. Hopefully we have the same problem and someone has some insight. Will be following this thread :)

SCS f5's with 33" Ridge Grapplers. 20" S8 mounted in bumper, squadron sport fog lights, squadron pro backup lights, LP6's bumper mounted.
    could be your steering shaft making that noise, theres a huge thread somewhere on here about people using zipties to alleviate the problem instead of replacing the piece of the shaft that is faulty, take the kick tray out and see if there is any play in your steering shaft.
