    you don't need an app to tether the evo. just need to install htc sync (it comes on the evo's memory) and then plug your evo into your computer, select share internet and bam, you are surfing on your computer using the evo as the modem. you don't need to pay 29.99 for the hot spot function unless you want to connect multiple items via wifi.

    anyone get the new update? Calendar works great now and the scrolling is muuuch better.

    I'm impressed with the frequency of updates from htc/sprint. FTW!

    I'm disappointed with the fact that the Android phones don't use the awesome power of the GPU but does all the graphic cycles with its normal CPU. That really put me off:

    This is the reason that the scrolling etc gets really bad at times.

    good thing about this platform...especially about open source...is that this is only for now...it will change in the future
