This is a shot in the dark, but after searching a a couple of hours the internet has not returned a single image. It could be operator error and maybe not using the correct terminology.

Anyhow, I bought a used cap last year and it required a little work. I would like to start getting this project together as winter is here and a cap would be nice to have on instead of sitting around the house.

When I bought it I was told it needed a new bulkhead. I have no idea what this is, other than it is supposed to reinforce the front sides of the cap. I have acquired a piece of 2" aluminum angle to put in as a support. My question is, does anyone have a picture of a similar cap, and could you post a pic of the front where it would rest on the rail? I'm having a hard time trying to figure out the best way to mount the angle and still have it function/form a waterproof seal.

If anyone know of a part number or link that would also be greatly appreciated.

Is there noticeable damage to your shell?

    Some photos may help.

There is no noticable damage to the shell, but I also wouldn't know if there was. Basically, there is no flat part on the front of the shell to sit on the front rail. I wish i had pics, and itll be a couple of days until i had time to get some. The other issue is it in on the ground and wont have help to get it to a better place for pics. I suppose i could try to open the rear and crawl in for pics, but the grass will most likely cover the area anyhow.
