does anyone know what or if the frame difference between 2011 and 2012? I have ARB FRONT BUMBER OFF 2012 and want to install on 2011, will it fit?

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I believe the frame mounting points are the same - but there are significant design differences between the 2 bumpers.

    • 2005-2011 (3423030 & 3423130): This bumper design does not stick out as far as the 2012+ model, and the top hoops are smaller
    • 2012+ (3423140): This protrudes out about 3" farther than the older style to accommodate the addtl. plastic and front-end redesign for the later model 2nd Gen.
I (personally) don't like the look of the 2012+ ARB, due to the excessive stickout "fat lip".

This post from @crazy joker has some very good info. about the differences, though he did the opposite of what you're asking (he modified the older style ARB to work on his 2012+): https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/simple-yet-satisfying-dclb.369779/page-6#post-12009916

My guess is you could make it work, or persuade to work, but you would have about 3" of negative space between the bumper and the grille/headlights to fill. Might look a little weird.

    Welcome to Tacoma World!

The frame, the radiator core support, and the front fenders are all the same. So the short answer is, yes, it will bolt up just fine. The issue, as @Benson X points out, is that the bodywork of the 2012 to 2015 model sticks out further. Therefore that bumper does too.

Since you already have the bumper, you could bolt it on to see how it looks. With some modification, you could probably move the bumper back to close up the gap.
