    We can't warranty parts that aren't purchased from us. If you buy a Ford and go to Toyota for warranty, they're not going to be able to do much for you, ya know?

    Options:

    1) Provide proof of purchase to our CS team and say the seller sucks and won't help you. We should be able to step in.
    2) We'll be glad to see if we can find an open box fog light we can sell for cheap to try and help out if you just want to do that

    Copy of sellers post #112 stating they came directly from your warehouse.

    The Bulbs only come in white, but there is an option for yellow laminex lens cover for an additional $15. Ive never used the laminex so I cant comment on how well it works/ how its installed. I do re-selling with TRS so everything is shipped to you directly from their warehouse.

    Thank you for at least getting back with me on this. I thought you were AWOL.

    But aren’t they your parts? If you can confirm they are yours you should be willing to honor the warranty on them. In the future don’t offer discounted prices for bulk buys when you know they are reselling they product. That way every “group buy” will be authorized by trs and people won’t be screwed when the seller disappears

    What doesn’t make sense is if the manufacturer warranty is 10 years why TRS won’t warranty. I as a business owner am an authorized seller for the manufacturers I deal with, they pay me to fix their product during the warranty period. If the warranty is TRS warranty why can’t you go to any authorized retailer with POP and get it fixed or replaced. Second if I don’t do my part as the dealer the manufacturer(ones I deal with) would give names of other dealers or at minimum with copy of POP send a replacement part. They may or may not ask for the old part back.

    This is a poor response, if it’s your light and he has POP and the warranty is a TRS warranty it shouldnt matter where it’s bought. Especially if you authorized the resale or the seller is a vendor of your product. If you buy a Toyota you can go to any Toyota dealer and get it fixed. Under your logic a Toyota dealer would only fix cars bought from their dealership.

    You'll have more business by helping this guy out and showing that TRS cares about anyone that reps your product. Do the right thing man, help out OP and don't let stupid technicalities get in the way of being a trusted name.

    If it is your company which makes morimoto, authorizes your group-buy with your product coming from your Warehouse. Its going through your sales team and staff, so what is the problem honoring your warranty on your product?

    It seems like you only started responding because you got enough alerts on your page and saw that they were all negative and saying you were AWOL.

    There is a lot about "you" in this thread but it isn't good stuff

    We have more than 2,000 dealers. As part of their agreement to become a dealer, they agree to handle warranties for their customers directly.

    We've been busier than ever from Black Friday / Cyber Monday and this was the first chance I had to get back on here. My apologies I can't be everywhere at once as much as I try to be diligent.

    Again we'll be glad to help out directly--no problem! I have Victor reaching back out to you now.

    TRS just called me on the phone, and are replacing the fog light for me, even though the seller should have been the one to do it. Now I can keep enjoying them.
    I would buy from this company when I want something they sell.
