Hi All - Can we get a Rock Sliders megathread? It seems like a lot of the threads are a bit scattered, lacking information, or contain lots of dead links/dead brands. With the length of this truck, I fully expect that it's something that I will need in the future. I used to bump my rockers and pinch welds on my Jeep, which had a MUCH shorter wheel base.

Post: Brand, price, type (bolt on or weld), link to purchase, a picture if you have it, and maybe a little blurb about your thoughts on install and quality.

This post will NOT include regular side steps not meant for rock protection.

Thanks in advance! I'll start it off with some links that I've found via search (all bolt ons, it seems):

There are definitely a ton more that I'm missing, and will continue to update this thread when I get more time.

Noted. Definitely makes a difference because shipping sucks on these. I definitely want to invest some time in this thread as it's going to be the first major upgrade I do before I take this truck off road.

I've posted this picture a few times before, but only because it's the only one I've kept of my sliders:
I like them. I've dragged them on rocks in the Sierras, Death Valley, and the Mojave. Maybe I'll get them welded when my my 60k miles are up (I'm around 50 now).

In general, I like RCI and all my under-armor is made by them, too.

Got the Caliraised sliders since they were local (Fort Worth, TX) so no shipping. DCLB, kickout, fill-plate, and 0 deg. angle (also a DD w/ kids). So far very happy with them.

Many will balk at the RRW sliders (because they now have plastic(!) end-caps). But I got mine when they were all steel, they took a mere 14 days from order to delivery, and they fit wheel-well to wheel-well (literally). I couldn't be happier!
I do plan to shave off an inch at the rear just so nothing tries to build up on it (mud, snow, ice). You can see the protrusion into the rear wheel-well in the photo.
    Rear Front Side
They list today for $700-800. I bought mine for $670 delivered.

Done. Linked in the original post. And to the others - I'll put them and the pictures up top when I get some more free time at home. Thank you for the inputs so far! Keep em coming...

I have the Lil B's Sliders on mine. Though I do like the way they look on my truck, I wasn't happy with what I received. I'll eventually chop off the "bolt-on" portion of it and have it welded to the truck.

Good to know! I was actually thinking of them but I’ll probably go shrockworks, C4 or hefty fab!
