    Yep, this is mainly my reason as well. We have so may friends locally from TW that have become a second family to us. If we had moved already and had established local off-roading, camping, pew-pew friends again then I might consider selling out for less. As of right now, it's a hard pass...not that anyone is cutting us a check :cheers:
