As we all know it's hard to find mass produced swingout bumpers for our 1st Gen Tacomas, only a couple of fab shops. Right now I'm working with Brute Force Fab (BFF) to have this bumper mass produce. My Tacoma will be one of the trucks he uses for further R&D. What will stand out most about this bumper is the price beside the design and quality. BFF will send me a price list and I will update this thread with pricing. Don't quote me on this, but we are looking at around $1400, optional extra add-ons will be available. As of now there is no stand alone bumper, they will all include a swingout. BFF is in Fresno, CA, so locals can save on the shipping or a possible TW express, shipping is available. BFF is looking for five (5) people to commit on this bumper. If you are interested please let me know. Once we have the pricing I will update this thread on how we'll start the process.

Here are the photos of the first finished product.

He made my front bumper. He does awesome work. I eventually want to get a rear bumper as well. Just not sure if I want to cut the bedsides. Also I need the factory hitch for towing my boat.

The first cut is always the hardest. I’ve cut my truck a couple times now and I’m still a little hesitant but it feels good too :)

I’ll talk to him if it’s possible to incorporate a hitch mount. Thanks for the feedback.

Does anyone produce an affordable front bumper. I hate my factory one with all the bs brackets and plastic crap plus it’s starting to rust. My affordable is the 400 range...

The cheapest front bumper I know of is the trail gear tube bumper. ORW has it listed at $573

$1400 was a guestimate with single swingout. The photos I showed was the guestimate price of the actual product.

Once I get official pricing I’ll update this thread and the process for setting up deposits.

Also as of now he doesn’t want to have an option for just the bumper only, they all will be swingout. It’s actually a little more work for him to do a stand-alone bumper since they would all be precut for swingout.

No. This thread was typed out on my laptop. I had to edit the post with my phone to post the photos since they are all on my phone.

I use my phone as my main personal computer so excuse any spelling and grammar.

Thanks for the input and photos. That truck is not mine, but another local customer. His was the 1st prototype. That truck is money.

From what I know he’s very competitive with his pricing. He loves what he does more and he likes keeping busy.

A little birdy said the owner of the black SADC paid well over 2k for his rear bumper so I wouldn't be too hopeful at 1400.....

little birdies don't matter, when you do a first time, one off bumper, expect to pay. once patterns get built and pieces come together easier, then these big items come down in cost is my guess.

I don't disclose prices paid for items on the forums. to each their own for what they pay and companies they choose. Billy @BruteForce builds some of the best things I've ever seen, that's why I bought his product. Super great guy and materials used.

All pricing are guestimate and are not from BFF. That could be the case for what he got. I'll update the official pricing once I get them. Thanks for the input.
