    I went that route a couple years ago with 2.5 gal and 5 gal bottles for a dispenser delivered to my house by Sparkletts once a month

    Also changing filters was a PITA

    You can get the little aerator mounted brita cartridge that goes on any faucet. Just switch it to drink. Cheaper and easier.
    With my wife’s condition her taste buds are off and here at new place she doesn’t like the well water which is some of the best hard water in the county. So I put a Brita kit on faucet. She’s happy. I’ll do more in barn. A reverse osmosis unit takes out everything along with an ultraviolet light then a mineral cartridge puts minerals back in before faucet.
