Any suggests for a "fix"? The middle rear seat belt on my wife's 2015 double cab Tacoma is stuck in the extended position. Darn car seat anyhow.

Any suggestions for a "fix" other than a trip to the dealer for replacement?

If you get to replacement stage, salvage yards and ebay are your friend.

And if you can determine a P/N, you may find that the unit fits multiple vehicles, giving you more, and maybe less expensive options.

I’m guessing a quarter or a Lego stuck in it. You may be able to unbolt it and pop the cover off to find the offender.
