When researching my lift I had so many questions and so much to learn. I had spent hrs reading and trying to figure out the best combination. I almost pulled the trigger on OME and then stumbled across the Dobinson thread and decided I wanted to go with them and seemed that the 4runner guys had been having good success. They are also big in South America, if anyone has done any driving down there that alone says enough, so I jumped on board. I dealt directly with Eric @eevaldes from Mainline. He was very professional and helped with my shipping questions. I live in Alaska and had to use third party shipping from Seattle. After installing my front set up I realized that I was not getting the lift I desired and Eric was quick to get in contact with me and discuss options. The next day he had other coils shipped to me priority mail to AK and received them within 3-4 days. If this was all, I would have been completely satisfied and was already raving about his customer service. I replaced the coils and for some reason was still not getting my desired lift. My truck seemed to be an anomaly and had reached out to others who were getting the specified amount of lift. Eric maintained his professionalism and continued to work with me. He could have easily written me off and decided I was being too picky. He repeated many times how he wanted all his customers to be completely satisfied. I had also reached out to Mike @Dobinsons Mike who obviously knew my situation and was also curious as to what my issue could be. They sent me their extended travel struts which has a higher coil seat to provide lift. It was at my door in Alaska within 4 days!! I finally got around to installing everything again and am very happy with the outcome. I deal a lot with vendors of all sorts of heavy equipment and marine hardware. Out of all my experiences with customer service in my professional life and private, I have never seen or experienced this level of customer service. Hats off to these guys. I will be choosing Dobinson if I need any further suspension help. Sorry for the winded review, but sometimes it is warranted.

Edited:added pic. Also 23” hub to fender all the way around. Might add OL leaf back to my 3leaf aal to get 1/2” rake.

Glad to hear of your positive experience with them, and we need more positive reviews on here. I have been using Bilstein on all of my vehicles in the past but I’m really considering pulling the trigger on Dobinsons, this review just pushes me closer to them

    Ps. Show us the pics

I also bought some rear Dobinsons HD leafs from Main Line. I called and spoke with John(I will definitely be a return customer). He was more than helpful. I went with the Bilstein 5160 rear shocks. I haven't decided yet on what I want for the front yet. I'm undecided b/t the Dobinsons and Bilstein 6112's.
