Track truck by VIN?

Gang - is there a resource by which a particular vehicle can be located / it’s current owner identified / by tracking it’s VIN?

The vehicle was sold about 5 years ago.

 

I can carfax it and that might give you some Ideas. PM me the VIN.

if anyone has access to registry of motor vehicles, they could find out. And probably any politics officer would be able to run it. But technically that’s not exactly the right thing to do as far as those jobs.
