My Tacoma is lifted 6 inch RC and 3 inch level on top it rides fine. But the alignment is off so I was wondering if the upper control arms from tuff country would help

How is the alignment off? If caster, your best bet would probably SPCs.

It’s all over the place they got it to this as listed in photo but with almost no room for play in suspension first pot hole I hit knocked my alignment back to bad

I’m willing to bet it has no down travel. SPCs would be the cheapest solution but not ideal since you’ve maxed out your control arms stacking lifts.

Any 6" lift is already a DB lift. He has a DB + 3" in suspension.

Control arms will help, but not enough. Your suspension is essentially at full droop while at ride height. Ditch the 3" spacer, add a body lift and you can still have 9" of lift without jacking up your CVs, all the bushings, and your alignment/tires.

    OME 3" lift MK6 wheels 285 Fierce MTs & 4.88s!!
The problem is that with the RC 6" lift, it is only a 4" drop bracket and the other 2" is achieved with longer struts or spacers. This method is already like having a 2" suspension lift on top of the drop bracket lift. Then, you added 3" on top of that. So, in reality, you have something like 5" of suspension lift. This puts WAY TOO MUCH angle on the CVs and drops the lower control arms too far down to get the alignment into spec. UCA's will help, but not enough. If you drive it very much like it is, those CVs are going to grenade.

UCA's with higher caster will help get your alignment in spec. I'm not familiar with the tuff country arms though.

I'm not sure if you mean "remove" as in completely remove your cv axles, but that's a bad idea. You'll lose the gear oil in your front diff causing that to grenade if and only if your wheel bearings don't fall apart first. The CV axle is what holds the wheel bearing together so you kinda really need to have your CV axles in place.

BAHHAHAHA oh man yeah this is a friday thread for sure. Shitty 6in DB lift + 3in suspension lift (which like stated is like a 4in db lift + 5in of suspension lift). Of course its on a TRD Sport for a DB lift trying to achieve this.

OP. Dont be stupid remove the extra 3in lift and go from there.
