Installed the Meso puddle lights today.

This install took about four and a half hours.

Solid build man! How did you mount that quick fist in the bed? Did you just screw into the side of the bed?

Yes. It was just a screw in the bed. The composite is incredibly forgiving for mounting light stuff.

I will say that it is not very forgiving with a 35lb. jerry can though. I ripped one D-ring out with some hard off-roading. I found a few limits of my truck that day. That's what I was after though; the limits of my truck.

Finally decided to take my running boards off. The bent one on the passenger side was bugging me. I also wanted to see what it would look like without them. Prepping for sliders.

    She looks a little taller.

Installed the Taco Garage Dashtop multi-mount. Sweet, easy to install item. Very clean too.

I also put two of the TVD Vinyl "Blackout" stickers on the vent rings while I had the bezel out. I'll do the rest as I have time.

Got a seat-back MOLLE vehicle organizer.

It fits on the back of my driver seat. I'll play with it and try to get everything organized in a few pouches back there.

I finally found a picture of my '86 pickup.

Look at that dork with the long hair and no shirt.

I also found this in my brother's picture collection.

I mentioned it in a previous post. I did something stupid with my 4Runner. :anonymous:

Redline Tuning hood struts. These things are great. The pop rivets are a real pain but otherwise, a real easy install.

    MESO Chrome Delete Kit.

I went with red so that it matches the red trim on my seats.

Passenger side of rock sliders done. I got tired and I will do the driver side tomorrow. It looks awesome so far.

It's not hard. I even did it by myself. There are a lot of bolts. That's what took the longest. Especially with the bolts for the top plate. I also waited around for my son. I was hoping to get a little help from him but he was too busy playing video games.

I just used my floor jack to lift it up and then aligned the holes. Pretty simple.

It's pretty simple to do. The center console was easy and took about 10 minutes. The only thing that gave me a little trouble was trying to get the clips to release on the 4wd knob. Because of that, it was about 30 minutes to install the start button ring and 4wd knob.

All of those trim pieces are very easy to pull off.

    Thanks.

I've seen you on the DFW BS Thread. Hopefully I can make it out to a meet sometime and we can meet in person.
