USB Not Recognized on Start Up

    I have a stock 2019 head unit, and every time I start up the truck and select source, USB is greyed out and not recognized until I unplug the stick and plug it back in. If it was playing off the USB when the truck was turned off, it won't when turned back on until unplugged and re-inserted. Is this normal... any solutions?
