You should be fine. Mummy bag? Don't wear a bunch of cloths. Body heat warms up those bags toasty. I wouldn't use the heater through the night. Just when you first get into bed, then when you get up. A good pad is essential for insulation.

This. I slept in my tepui when it was 16* with a 0* bag and a blanket. My toes got cold at one point in the middle of the night but I believe it’s because I started sweating. Slept in beanie, sweatshirt and sweatpants and socks. But if you have a heater just pop that on while you’re settling in and you’ll be good. Just know your tent will be wet and/or iced over in the morning. That’ll need to dry up before packed away for awhile.

There’s no such thing as bad weather just bad clothing. Or in this regard bad sleeping bag. Is it a good 0 degree bag? Does it have good draft collarand a nice hood?

19 isn’t super cold but I find fresh socks help with the toes.

Also, I’ll take my shell jacket, zip it up, pull the hood draw cord tighter and slide my sleeping bag with my legs into the jacket so my feet are down by the shoulders of the jacket. Then snug the waist draw cord just a little. I have a single wall mountaineering tent that can be a bit small. When there’s condensation my feet brush the walls and my sleeping bag can get a bit of moisture. This helps a lot when it’s snowing and damp.

also there’s always hand and toe warmers.

Make sure you have good insulation under you. You’re body weight compressed the bag’s insulation making it useless.

The coldest I’ve ever slept in was Vermont on the winter solstice and it was -15F...sucked!

Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
    And so it begins.
Found a whole front assembly with 4.88s and an ARB from a 2014 that went in for SAS at a local shop.
Now just need xfer case, transmission, driveshafts and a few things from RST.
Hoping to have it done over this winter.
