I'm really enjoying the 2020 Pro LEDs. The sequential turn signal is only on the Pro LEDs I believe. It looks really nice. I just drove 200 miles of back country high way in the dark and they were great. Managed to spot 2 deer in the ditches.

Then again, I made a huge step up from my old 2nd gen so I might be easily impressed.

I converted my factory halogen projector lamps to the new 2020 100% LED headlights. They offer a HUGE improvement in illumination and the sequential turn signals are just icing on the cake.

This a photo of the conversion harness and the headlight...

Does anyone know which wire powers the TRD/Pro lettering backlight?

I LOVE my OEM LEDs. Worth every bit of the wait. I have a TRD Offroad, so mine don't have the "pro" thing in the light. So there's that option too.

Around $1400 for the 2020 LED headlights and conversion harness minus the $800 I received for my mint condition ‘19 Pro headlights = $600 to make the conversion.

Nope, my OR has sequential turn signals. It was never advertised as such, it was always listed as a pro feature.

Interesting. Wonder why they advertised it only for the Pro?

I love my Morimoto xb lights. Look better than OE 2020's too imo.

That looks freaking awesome, I haven't been following them much because I wasn't in the market before, but are they simple Plug and Play?

Yeah they're plug and play. The DRL is white but the turns are sequential amber. Perfectly matches the Morimoto fogs in amber too which is nice.

I got insanely lucky and got them for 25% off for BF plus the free fogs plus they accidentally allowed an additional 10% off coupon on top. All together I got the headlights and fogs for $832. They normally go for $1250 for the heads alone.

Meh. These are so completely overrated.

The best option isn't there to vote on: "Get Retrofit HID projectors."

LEDs dont cut it. The best LED housing out there right now is marginally better than stock and on par with a $20 halogen drop in.

    Looks and performance^

Garab, do you have the TRS lights installed? Have you compared them to your stock lights? Because I have and they are significantly better. If you answer no to any of these questions than you are making assumptions based on nothing. I've also been doing headlight retrofits for about 15 years and the TRS lights are on par with an HID retrofit using a solid projector. Lots of people don't have the capability to do their own retrofits either.

I'll post some output shots when I get home.

Low and high beam output with the Morimoto's. They are even aimed a little low here but clearly they perform very well.

They're still 2.25 times brighter than stock. A huge upgrade.

I know retrofits can get higher but these are clean as fuck. I definitely wouldn't count them out.

The new OEM LEDs have sequential and similar DRL but IMO the Morimotos look cleaner. There's a video comparison somewhere I think @MESO or @crashnburn80 might have had one. Or maybe I'm full of shit.
