So i just got dick cepek wheels and a alignment on my truck saturday. However the truck drifts to the right when i take my hands off the wheel. Would that be just because of the road or is there something else wrong? Also the steering wheel vibrates at high speed. Tires are almost new, if the spacers arent completely flush to the hub would that 1interefer with the way it rides?

must've done a bad job with alignment and balancing imo. Certain speeds vibe is definitely balancing, try to take it back and get them to redo it. Should be okay

have the upper or lower control arms ever been replaced?

Constant vibration at speed, no braking, can be many things. Bad alignment could start it and it might only be at a window of speed 65-70mph or something. In a car or truck with pretty new suspension components, I've never had an alignment cause any sort of constant vibration.

My truck vibrates a little only on slight to mid level normal braking at 45-70mph. I don't think it's the rotors bc It's not at high load braking or around town or slow steady light braking(no hesitation type thing) and I don't feel it in the peddle hardly at all. I think in my situations it's my bushings because when torqued that much, it will change alignment back and forth. All the play likely will add up to some issues with work components.
