2017 OR 4x2. Took it up some light trials but ended up crossing a pretty flooded section, ever since then my rear suspension has been squeaking all the time. Get in and out of truck and it squeaks, anytime I brake, and any bumps. Anyone run into a similar issue?

Probably leaf springs. You can try to lube in between with them on the truck but you might have to take them apart to clean and lube to completely eliminate the squeak.

Also check to make sure the spare tire isn't loose. That has caused a similar squeaking for me a few different times.

You can jack up the ass end from the hitch to take some pressure off the springs. Then get a pry bar and separate the leaves enough to put in some grease or anti seize.

That kept me squeak free on my 2012 tacoma.

I have the same issue with my Icon RXT. Soon will drop the leaf springs to check, lubricate.
