Given the timeframe and the cost of repairs should something happen, have you considered running up the card for an immediate solution?

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZKZLKHN/

Buy yourself a winch and cradle that mounts to a receiver hitch, buy a good set of jumper cables, lop off one set of clips so you can wire the cables to the winch, and you've got a transportable (albeit heavy) recovery solution.

It's kinda like being stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery. Odds of someone stopping to help are slim if you're just standing there, but stand there with your hood open and your own jumper cables in hand and your odds greatly improve. Make it as easy as possible for folks lending a hand.

I have a Superwinch setup just like this for exactly this reason. I also welded a 2" receiver to the front of my trailer so I can use that same winch to pull dead vehicles up and get them home. Sucks to spend the coin, but for the 1 time you need it, it more than pays for itself.

There's a very active Facebook group that is all about doing vehicle recoveries with people all over the state. It's called NOR-CAL 4x4. Seriously, someone(s) there will help you out.

Wish I was closer that looks like it could be a fun recovery. A Hi-lift Jack and patience are going to be your friends. Lift and add material underneath might be easier than digging.
What ever happens be safe and film the recovery please

Nope, I posted on the 4x4 recovery page and I'm going to contact some members here who can go up this weekend so we can give it another try.

I'm going up tomorrow to check up on my truck but once the rain stops this weekend I'll have a better chance of pulling it out

I’ll be back in NorCal tomorrow. I have a winch and its only like a 2ish hour drive for me. But more help is always more better.

Come back right before daylight. At this time of year the mud will be frozen and it will be a lot easier. Wait till sunlight hits it and it starts to thaw and it is slicker than owl shit

"Get out there while it's iced over so you'll have some traction" speaks volumes about just how slick the mud around there is.
