I hope it all goes well because my SC belt is pretty cracked and I notice it's starting to squeak a lil on cold starts. I got a little over 30k on the stock belt/idlers so far. I'd like to do everything at once hopefully.

Just opened mine up. Question, why is there no timing mark on the crank pulley?

In addition, there included letter says SC pulley won’t be done until late January. Kinda sucks, but appreciate their steep discount and taking the project on in the first place.

That's actually a good question. I have no answer for that, but I will say finding number one is very easy to do even without the timing mark if you are doing something like a timing chain or cam gears.

If you pull the covers then I agree, but if not then are you TDC or 180 off? Kinda surprised by that, I will mark mine into the anodizing off the stock crank markings.

Nice mine arrived too. I can’t tell if I got the off-road alt pulley or not. Got a note that said it may or may not work. I was in a rush but assume I got a standard which is annoying

The only way you'll be able to tell is with digital calipers which will measure the rib diameter mm.

The letter included seems to say something to the affect of a flat back or standard offset for the alternator pulley. Mine is flat, but I have not had a good look at the back of my stock alternator pulley yet to see if it is flat as well.
