So recently I am having an annoyance and if you guys can shed any light on the matter that would be great.

Recently when I play music from my phone through the blutooth, the information on the screen (song, duration, band, album cover) doesn't show up. It's totally blank.

I do not know if this is a iphone problem or toyota problem

    Center console organizer.
I've encountered this problem too. I usually pick anther audio source then back to Bluetooth and it fixes it. Usually.

According to the manual, if the system starts getting slow or buggy, reboot it by holding down the power button for 3 seconds. See if that helps.
