AB6 Retrofit Headlights

I'm pretty interested in picking up a pair of these headlights, however there's a criminally small amount of content out there showing them in action (product reviews, pics, videos, etc.). I've seen a few folks on Kustom54Lighting's instagram feed running them (ex. @runnin4tacos), but am hungry to learn more from those that have installed them around what they think.

Can anyone share their experience or opinions on them?

 

You mean the 13 second clip of the turn signal going 3 times on their site wasnt enough for you?


And yeah, I agree. I feel like a lot of products have a overall shit demo of their products on their page... except victory4x4, their youtube videos are top notch.

 

Site says '14-19 Tacoma' which does not make sense.

Also, several typos in their bodies of text. Now this doesn't necessarily mean the product isn't well done, but improper grammar always starts me off on the wrong foot.

 

Pick them up, do an install/review therad

 

for nearly a grand ide expect them to be top notch. like flawless build quality.

 

Keep in mind that they are building these on brand new aftermarket headlights, so figure there is anywhere between $400-$600 (depending on what model lights they are starting with (SR vs TRD)) before they even start modding them.

 

The way I want it configured is 1500

 

Decided to pull the trigger. Will update the thread once i've gotten them.

 

Dude the Morimoto headlights for like $1400 MSRP. Had tons of issues.

That's a lot of money to eliminate you high beam!

 

If you do the Lexus projectors you don't lose the high beam.

go through this. There’s countless issues with wiring, lights turning on / off randomly, lights coming on when the truck is off, turn signals not working, smear marks on the inside of the light.

also output of light is just barely over stock.

idk, for that price I expected a lot more.
