    Wow. I'm speechless. As a Vermonter this is both surprising and amazing, because there are literally zero Tacomas in salvage yards after the 95.5-00 buyback.

    I shall save this info for future reference, lest the Craigslist posting expires.

    Yeah. The '01-'04 trucks in salvage yards are ROUGH or have already been picked apart by other Toyota owners.

    And yes, I figured that "unicorn" was the best way to describe the 1st Gen I have now.

    its a 1400 mile drive for me
    the benefits of being smack dab middle of USA i guess
    few hundred miles the other direction and I am on the west coast
