low profile bed rack

Happy to say I have finally got a Tacoma again!

I saw a Tacoma with a very low profile bed rack. Maybe 3-4 inches above bed, and it had multiple cross bars, so it offered some security also. The cross bars were close enough together that stuff stored in the bed could not be taken out (though I suppose someone might be able to reach in through the bars).

I've done several google searches but can find nothing like this. Everything I see is pretty much wide open where anything left in the bed could easily be taken.

I have a roll-up cover that I am not very happy with - leaks pretty badly, but that may be due to a poor installation by me
