I JUST WANTED TO GET ON THE FORUM TO GIVE KUDDOS TO JIMMY AT N2DESIGN THIS GUY
IS UNBELIEVABLE TO WORK WITH.I FIRST BOUGHT THE REMOTE STARTER AND SMART MODULE TOGETHER BUT COULD ONLY GET REMOTE START AT FIRST AND HE TOLD ME TO BE PATIENT AND I WOULD GET IT SOON AND SURE ENOUGH ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER I GOT IT IN MAIL.THE FIRST REMOTE START MODULE TOOK ME NO TIME TO HOOK UP AND PROGRAM BUT COULD NOT GET SMART MODULE TO WORK CORRECTLY, HE SPENT 2 HRS TRYING DIFFRENT THINGS AND NO LUCK..BE PAITENT JIMMY SAID THEN JIMMY KEPT IN CONTACT UPDATING ME AS TO WHEN THE PROBLEM WOULD BE RESOLVED AND CONSTANTLY SAYING HE WAS SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE AND HE WOULD MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT.WELL GOOD NEWS IS I GOT A CALL FROM JIMMY LAST NIGHT AND WE CONNECTED,AND PROGRAMMED WITH UPDATED MODULE..THIS THIN WORKS GREAT AND JUST AS DESCRIBED..COULD NOT BE HAPPIER AND IT WAS DEFINATELY WORTH THE WAIT...…..THANK YOU JIMMY YOU ROCK

Just wanted to thank @N2DesignsInc (Jimmy) for his remote starter kit install today. I had the opportunity to actually meet up with him in person and have nothing but nice things to say about the guy. Great product, awesome service and very detail oriented! Definitely recommend Jimmy (N2 Designs) if you need any automated work done on your truck..

 

I am so happy to have gone with this product. The same day I placed the order it was shipped out and tracking info was provided. Once I received the product, Jimmy from N2Designs asked me if I had installed it yet. I had a question regarding the product after doing the install, and Jimmy called me and talked to me about the whole thing. From a customer relations standpoint, N2Designs is at the top when taking care of their people!

 

Just wanted to thank Jimmy and the whole N2 designs a special thank you for a great keyless and start system I'm not tech savvy at all and having a plug and play that a everyday guy can do to his own ride is greatly appreciated

I was first hesitated on getting this mod, so I waited for success stories like the one I am giving now. For anyone in question in getting this mod I would highly recommend it. I am in Houston so it was a no brainer with summer around the corner. If you are going to buy this from anyone it should be Jimmy. He is awesome he helped me set up the smart module on my cell phone. Its always nice talking to someone live on the phone rather than watching videos or reading confusing diagrams. The installation is super easy.

 

Let me tell you! I've never dealt with anyone like Jimmy before. I purchased the remote start and smart phone module from him on a Monday, and it was at my doorstep by Wednesday of the same week. I was able to set up the remote start on my own but the smart phone module was giving me issues. So I decided to reach out to him after business hours, and to my surprise he didn't hesitate to give me his phone number and then proceeded with guiding me to over the phone and later we met in person to get it squared away. His customer service is top notch, and truly cares that you are satisfied. I stand behind N2 designs, and I'm excited to see what else he has in store

Edit- ordered on Tuesday, received on Thursday, was a little hesitant about the install, reached out to Jimmy and within a few hours he is personally installing the starter for me. Everything works perfectly. Super cool guy and he really knows his sh*t! Alsogave me a peek at one his upcoming projects for the Tacoma, going to be a game changer!!!

Got my 2019 Tacoma SR kit from N2 Designs and it was a great experience. Ordered and it was shipped immediately. The instructions with the YouTube video were great. Took my time doing it and it was all plug and play with no scary wire cutting. Excellent service A+ thank you Jimmy.

I was pleasantly surprised with my service from N2 designs and I try to give kudos where they are deserved.

Long story short: my remote start stopped working last spring and I hadn't had a chance to look at it until recently so I thought I'd contact Jimmy if he was still monitoring the TW Bat-signal. Sure enough he got right back to me with a phone number.

I texted him today and he called me back within 20 minutes. He had me do a couple tests and tell him what if any lights lit. When he realized it wasn't going to work he told me to box it up and ship it to him and he'd send me another.

Went something like:
Me:"Sounds good what do I owe for the new module?"
Jimmy:"Well, I will need you to pay the shipping since you're out of warranty."
Me:"Uh, that's it, just shipping?" Thinking I had heard it wrong.
Jimmy said something like:"Isn't that how everyone does it?"

One of the most painless customer service experiences I've ever had. Well done.
