So I'm looking to buy a new daily driver but I want to take a look at the under side to inspect before buying.

Anyone got an idea of where I might be able to go and be able to get it up on a lift? The stealerships won't let folks in the bays and my guess is they wouldn't be too fond of me taking a jack and jack stands to setup shop in their parking lot.

They said I could take to a 3rd party but that's a waste of time. I just needed to see under the car to inspect some of the seals. Oh well, someone else will get my money if they're going to lame about putting it on a lift.

I was looking at something at Planet Honda and they wouldn't let me see it on the lift... They let it slip that it had been sold and returned for a bad leak on the back of the motor that they had elected not to fix

Thanks for the info guys. That car I wanted to look at mysteriously has gone missing, I suppose someone else bought it. No biggie, I ended up with something else anyways that will probably last longer anyways(still in the Toyota family with a Lexus ).
