New to the Tacoma...you guys have been at it awhile. Any recommendations for 18" wheels that look good on a dropped truck. I have a 10 TRD Sport with the 17" sport wheels. Nothing horrible just on every other Toyota on the road so I'd like something different.

Like OEM for the most part but open to aftermarket. Thanks.

I want to say my fathers 2018 TRD Off Road is a 6 lug. I would be wrong though.
His oem wheels are 18’s I know for sure tho.

I think the Limited 3rd gen 18" wheels would look good on a dropped truck. Maybe could find a set used? 2018-toyota-tacoma_100655760_m.jpg

The SOS Performance 2/3.5" drop kit. So much going on still haven't installed yet...maybe when it cools down a bit.

01 to 06 tundras 6 lug .Only 17 in though I think . If going after market ever thought about 20s ? These are 20 in x8.5 4runner limited replica wheels . Had 5 years now no problems except clear coat started cracking after year and a half .Got it powder coated . Stock 4runner limited wheels (5th gen ) are 20 x7 I think

I've got a thing for OEM for some reason so these look like options. My plans are to wear down the current tread and wait for something to pop up. Thanks.

Not much if any option for 18 in factory wheels . 2nd pic 4runner wheels tires slighty bigger (stock 4runner ) so you might even maybe go with different size tire on the sport rims .Check out wheel calculator on wheel section for size specs .Right sized tires on the sport rims can change the looks .Not that theres anything wrong with stock tires . Pics when you drop

I went with 18x8.5 vision fury and 165/60 18 cooper HT, I didnt want them to stick out because you can never keep the truck clean.

Finally got around to installing the SOS drop it. It wasn't too bad but the front was a little tedious. The instructions leave a bit to be desired and a couple key parts can go on upside down. So when you get it buttoned up and drop the truck off the jack and nothing happens you know you did it wrong. Took way too long for what it is....but if you've done any suspension work it should be a 4-5 hour job. Couple quick and dirty pics....still looking for the right wheels.

Still trying to decide on wheels and tires. Really been thinking about these Fuel Shok D665 in 18's or 20's (probably play is safe with 18's). http://www.fueloffroad.com/wheel/12020/fuel-1-piece-wheels-shok-d665/?finishID=277&lugs=6

Hate to say it, but I like your current wheels.

Shame on you for killing my upgrade buzz. JK. When I bought the truck I loved that it had these wheels. Taking a step back, and the fact that I like OEM stuff, I might just ride these for awhile and see how I like the new stance. They've got a ton of tread and the thought of dropping a couple grand on something without being able to see stuff in person first makes me cautious.
