    Morning scallywags!

I’m questioning FedEx... They still say it will be delivered today. Yet it’s not showing that it’s very close.

@StayinStock new poll. Who hates FedEx?

I read where Fed-Ex and UPS are merging, the new name will be FED-UP.

I have been hearing that for 15+ years. I sure hope FedEx doesn’t make UPS worse.

UPS isn’t half as bad at Fed Ex, at least for us it’s not. Half the time Fed Ex will drop a package off in the drive way and it will be 20’ for the closed edge of the house let alone a door. Drive way is at one end of the house and you have to walk around to get to the front or back doors. UPS usually takes it to one of doors and sets it on the porch.

Yeah, it's a small family owned company with 8 locations. This one is only 4 miles from my house too so it's a short commute.

Yeah I run the loader and the scale house.

I consider this job as being semi-retired. I've worked as a heavy equipment operator in construction and then in mining since the mid '70s. From '96 til 2013 I was a mining foreman for a KC company which was then bought out by an even larger corporate entity which shall remain nameless.

By 2013 I was fed up with the corporate bullshit and went to work for this locally owned place. I don't really have to work all that hard and as I said it's close to home.
