Anyone running 4.30 Rear End Gears in an Auto?

    This gear seems like it would be best for a mostly stock Auto that is looking for a little extra out of the truck. 4.55 seems a little on the high side unless you were running a bigger tire/more weight, just curious if anyone has tried this option yet.

    OME and worth every penny.
    I think 1st gen. 4 cylinders had it stock on TRD package.

    Toyota gears for gas mileage. That's it. You would *I imagine* for sure lose a mpg. If not Toy. would have done it.

    Yes it's been done, but I forget the user names. They seem to be happy with them.

    No, but I wouldn't mind buying a MT's old sets when they swap up to another ratio.
