I’m looking for assistance installing a dual battery system (with relay/charging system) and lights on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Planning to install a winch at a later time.

Is there anyone in the Arizona area that do these kinda things as a side job? Or shops you recommend.

I’ve done similar projects and know the general process, but it wasn’t pretty and I want to make sure I do it RIGHT this time.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

Talk to Wil at Sierra Expeditions on an IMS dual battery setup. It's been awesome and I have even connected a 3rd battery to the setup. It won't let the main battery drain past not starting but can allow the 2nd deep cell battery to pulled down. if you have two shot batteries with cells out you can combine both batteries and still get the car running. I've at over 6-7 years on my Two Diehards and I have a drain that sucks them down each 2 days. been to lazy to diag or install my solar panel
Another option is to spend $$$ on a really nice Group 31 battery and buy a Lithium Jump Pack. a Very simple setup that wasn't available when I was building my truck

    Thanks for the info!

I already have the dual tray from 4xinnovations (holds 2 optima D34 yellow top batteries) along with some of the other parts needed for the install, but will call them and see if they can advise on install and provide recommended isolator / connector kit
