    Long story short here...well, my truck has a new frame from Toyota (dealer replaced)...
    I had vibrations at highway speeds and when stepping off the gas to coast. Also, a clicking noise that sounded like a stuck caliper when going in reverse then as soon as i would step on the brake, id hear the click and feel it in the pedal...

    after messing around with the driveshafts (new u-joins and a re-balance from a reputable shop) the problem persists...

    i ordered 2 TAB-338's Febest Stops. and 2
    $42 TAB-339 Oem 52380-60012
    TAB-339's (the internal bushings that aren't "replaceable") I am in the process of removing them and i notice something odd about the stops. the middle part is squished down in an odd shape. definitely not normal wear. i compare the two bushings and i can clearly see something when wrong here. I see the internal bushing is just fine so i only replace the top stopper.....

    LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!!! The people who put my lovely taco back together put the front Differential bushing Stoppers on BACKWARDS!!!

    as soon as i replaced the parts and installed them the CORRECT WAY, my vibrations diminished and no more clicking!!!!!!!!

    just wanted to say that i am not a trained mechanic and i could tell that the top stopper would seat into the middle bushing.... did not need to be a rocket scientist for that!

    Yeap. Mine was drugged up pretty bad too. Took 3 return visits to get everything straitened out. Crazy they are still doing them.

    Glad I don’t live we’re rust is an issue but if I did I have them give me the frame and any parts that come with the frame swap. A few good diy’ers could do it in a weekend maybe two. It’s much easier than Toyota makes it out to be.

    Nice work but I have to ask why not replace the rusted arms since you have it off to install the bushings and stops?

    honestly, its still my plan to clean them up. i just didn't have the time to do it properly. Normally i would wire brush it, treat it with OSPHO, prime with rust encapsulator, the spray with black chasis, then treat with spray wax. This time i just treated with spray wax. i just got this truck from family. its really in great shape. got with 50k on it. it now has 75k. i have been fixing up and upgrading parts. treating rust slowly but surly. i promise you tho, these arms will be off and treated soon ;) also, new arms are like 125+ each... dont wanna pay 250 for paint.
